Order & Shipping

Ordering – For your convenience Rawhide-Shades.com accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders can be placed on our online store.

Shipping – We use FedEx Ground shipping for all stock shades ordered within the Continental and Global Express Mail Service for all other shipments to countries outside the USA. Once placed, orders ship within 2 to 7 days.

Satisfaction/Returns – Customer satisfaction and product quality are the foundation of our success. Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their selections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any stock shade(s) for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted for custom shade orders. If there was damage or the custom shade(s) were incorrectly crafted, a new order will be expedited and shipped at no cost.

If you wish to return delivered merchandise, please email sales@Rawhide-Shades.com for a product return authorization number. A 20% of product value restocking fee plus return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund balance. Please re-package merchandise with care as return freight damage will be chargeable to you.

 

Custom Shade orders are scheduled for production at our factory the following day and on average, are ready for shipment within 5-7 business days, depending on the size of the order. For smaller Custom Shade orders, we use the Global Express Mail Service with a direct-to-address Postal delivery in over 80 countries (6-7 day average delivery time). This service is very reliable and the cost is on-average less than 50% the cost of Fedex, UPS or DHL International Service which also can be utilized at the client’s request.

 

For Larger Custom Shade orders, we use United Airlines Cargo service which brings the merchandise to the nearest airport location to the client. We then provide all airfreight shipment documentation to the client’s customs broker 24 hours prior to take off and can assist directly with the client’s customs broker in any related matters. This service is also much more cost effective than using Fedex or DHL which primarily concentrate on overnight deliveries of documentation and small packages.

Medium to Large size orders of custom shades can, on average, cost $400 or less, in airfreight charges to practically any city within the USA.
